So, I haven’t been quite as diligent with posting updates for the Edit Pass Live as I probably should have been, and I wanted to update people with the progress.
January was pretty busy for me – I had guests staying with me for most of a month, so a lot of my freelancing work fell a bit by the wayside, let alone working on my own projects. I do apologise for that – it threw off my blog posts (and I really need to start working on developing a post backlog to prevent this happening in future – that’s a job for the next few weeks, I think).
The other reason, though, that I haven’t been actually getting to the Edit Pass Live posts is that I’ve been working on the last section of The Ferryman’s Apprentice. I got some feedback on it near the end of last year, and in order to prevent a big hiatus like the one that the third season went on while I tried to push edits through, I have been working on it instead of tKC for a while.
I considered a couple of times whether I should have done this Edit Pass Live for the fourth season instead of tKC, but I don’t think it would have been a good candidate. It would have been too hard to avoid spoilers, for one.
So, tKC has been put on hold for a while.
I’m nearly done with the edits on the fourth season, though, it’s just a matter of getting though this week of deadlines and finding some time to dedicate a solid couple of days to it, and then I’ll be back to tKC.
